This is an exciting part of the process — it’s where your ideas start to come to life. We work with you and your architect or designer to give price estimates based on your concepts.

We’ll conduct one last, detailed inspection of your freshly completed home before handing the keys over. Here, we’ll attend to any issues, so you can move in hassle-free. You’ll have a ‘maintenance period’ here. It means we’ll attend to any issues that require our attention within that time.
